A Grade 1 student with unsettled school payment has been ordered to write a promissory note and removed from the list of awardees. The school urges that this Grade 1 students must be remove to the list because of unsettled payment.

This is really a sad story for a Grade 1 student who study hard just to make on the list of awardees. At these days most parents were doing their best to send their beloved children to good schools to have a better and brighter future. However, parents have to work hard every day to finance the tuition fee and school expenses of their kids.

In conclusion of the whole story. The principal allegedly urged the young student to write a promissory note stating “I Promise To Pay My Tuition Fee Tomorrow”. She let a Grade 1 student write a letter like this. Besides from that she she also removed the little girl from the list of awardees. According to the conversation above, the parents of the child will file a compliant at DepEd for the said action of the Principal.

This kind of scenario is very sad. We all know the policy of “No Permit. No Exam”. Yet the action of the principal is really questionable. How can she let a grade 1 students felt humiliated on that way. I hope DepEd can do a clarification and an investigation regarding this matter. Students deserves to be treated fair and just.
