Loosing weight is never easy. This kind of commitment requires so much perseverance and discipline. Who would not want a healthy and fit body right? That is why this 1 Man Punch Challenge became trending when posted on Facebook by Sean Seah. According to his post he trained like a superhero for 30 days. Imagine 30 continues days.
He also mentioned that for the 1 Punch Man Challenge you have to do 100 Push Ups, 100 Sit Ups, 100 Squats and a 10km Run for each and everyday. Can you imagine doing this for 30 days? Yet he also mentioned that you can do it on a per level basis.
On his post you can see that during his day 1 he weights 70KG. He started with Level 5 wherein he do 50 Push Ups, 50 Sit Ups, 50 Squats and 5km run everyday.
After a week he begun to see the changes on his body wherein he weights 67.2kg from 70kg. For one whole week he lose almost 3kg.
After several days he do not see results from what he is doing that is why he decided to push his limit up to Level 7 where he do 7km Run, 70 Push Ups, 70 Sit Ups and 70 Squats.
He finished his whole 30 days challenge on a Level 10 where he do 100 Push Ups, 100 Sit Ups, 100 Squats and a 10km Run.
This man is indeed very committed in his challenge. Do you have any guess on how much kg he lose on that 30 days? I’m sure you will all be amazed by how this challenge turn out for him.
On Day 1 he weights 70KG and after 30 days he is now 65kg. 15kg was the total kg he lose for the whole 30 days. This challenge is really amazing.
